Active Server Pages ... 2 days
The most cost-effective way to build applications
This course presents the essentials of creating dynamic web pages
with Microsoft’s ASP (Active Server Pages) and IIS (Internet Information Server) technologies. The
course makes the most of exercises
that clearly demonstrate the value and power of ASP. It also covers the use of HTML forms, database updates
internet security, and browser-independent applications.
You learn from professionals
with real-world experience developing and enhancing applications using ASP. You work in labs at your own computer connected to a relational database and a web server. You use Active Data Objects (ADO).
The class moves quickly, so you'll be writing functional ASP code on Day 1.
At the completion of the labs, you'll have built an interactive application that retrieves data from and updates a database.
You’ll leave the course able to deliver data-driven web pages and fully interactive web sites for
almost any internet application.
